Astrid Alchemy accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Astrid Dispensary locations only hold a curated selection of our full Astrid Alchemy assortment. If you have a specific question about a product and whether it is available at Astrid Dispensaries, please contact us and we will be pleased to provide information on your stock.

At Astrid Alchemy, your security whilst shopping with us online is of paramount importance. Once you enter your contact and payment details you will notice the security lock in the top right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order and payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. 

Please contact us with the problem at hand and we will aim to rectify as soon as possible.

At Astrid Alchemy, we believe in the power of plants to impact and provide for a life well lived. Our philosophy isn’t about being strictly plant-based, but more so about celebrating what plants have to offer. 

We are always on the look out for brand partners who share alignment in our vision and values. Yes! If a product is listed as ‘Sold Out’ we are awaiting a restock. For any products discontinued, they will not be listed on the website.

Shipping FAQ

Australia Post is our delivery partner, and all services are Standard shipping. 

Orders to the value of $150+ will receive free Australia Post Standard shipping. 

Orders below the value of $150 will be charged a flat fee of $15 shipping.

Not yet! We are working on ways to provide a Click & Collect option for our customers. Stay tuned!

Alternatively, we do have a curated selection of Astrid Alchemy products within our Astrid Dispensaries, where you can shop in person.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking email which will allow you to easily track your order.

We aim to be as sustainable as possible. Our mailer boxes are fully recyclable, we use fully recyclable hex packing paper and tissue paper rather than bubble wrap, and our satchels are compostable. Our brand partners also value sustainability and have every effort to minimise plastic in their packaging materials where they can. 

If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes (prior to the checkout) when making your purchase.

Please note that even if special delivery instructions are provided, Astrid Alchemy does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Astrid Alchemy only ships to Australian addresses. Please contact us at hello@astridalchemy.com if you have an international shipping query - we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Returns FAQ

All purchases on Astrid Alchemy’s website are final so please choose your purchase carefully. In the event that you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product please visit the Returns section of our website.

Please contact us with a returns request, if the return is confirmed, we can arrange for drop off at an Astrid Dispensary location. 

You may use a register receipt or e-receipt tax invoice as proof of purchase

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Costs of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund.

For returns sent via Australia Post, parcels typically take 7 to 10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once our team receives your returned parcel, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to clear the funds back into your bank account once the return is accepted and processed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we work to process all returns as quickly as possible.
