1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 5-10 minutes at 100ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. Drink 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep. 1-2 cups. Add a dash of honey if you'd like a little sweetness.
